Island

BYU's Island, a research project studying online learning, needed help with graphic and interaction design to improve perception and usability of the site. After interviewing site users and studying other online collaboration products, I created wireframes, branding, and mockups with complete graphic design for two new iterations of the site as it evolved over the course of two years. Designs responded to research findings and user feedback. The project enjoys continued success and work is underway to expand the project to other universities.
